Se denegó la nulidad de la Sentencia T-1157/00 proferida por esta Corporación, lo anterior, teniendo en claro que la revisión que hace la Corte Constitucional al expediente de tutela no constituye una tercera instancia, no había lugar a vincular a las partes del proceso nuevamente.
Por ello no hubo vulneración del derecho de defensa que le asiste al demandado.
Contra esta providencia no procede recurso alguno.
